Laura & Victorio | Double Shoot: The Barberette / Us Against the World

The Barberette shoot with two models I work with regularly was done at Caleb's Chop Shop in Meridian, a very cool barber shop with a genuine old school look and feel to it that I just loved, and I felt fit the style of the shoot more than a rustic, woodsy barber shop would. The whole premise of the shoot was portraying Laura as a femme-fatale female barber who was mad as a hatter and taking a certain perverse glee in fleecing Victorio of his beard, and basically conveying how she is trying to slightly submit her stoic, stone faced client.
There were some FUNNY real deal moments when I was urging Laura to just shave the thing off for real and let's be authentic! and poor Victorio was like a deer in the headlights, BUT...yah we didn't do that. YET.

The 2nd scene/shoot we did that day was just another fun look and 'storyline' between two people. 'Us Against The World' was more of a short he/she camaraderie love story in photos, with a bohemian and modern feel. A couple who only have eyes for each other, just kicking it in the backseat of a car, too cool for school.
Some quick wardrobe changes and all of us basically maneuvering around in the back of Victorio's Galaxy.
